The online self-paced course is a recorded review session that introduces learners to the content covered in the (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity certification exam outline. The review sessions are led by an authorised (ISC)² instructor and cover the five domains of the entry-level cybersecurity certification. The sessions are designed specifically to help learners prepare to take the Certified in Cybersecurity exam. Learners have access to the course for 180 days.

Please note that certified (ISC)² members are not eligible to participate in this program. All participants must be UK residents.

When you sign up, you’ll receive a free exam voucher (valued at U.S. $125) and access to the online self-paced course (valued at U.S. $100). The exam voucher will be valid for 365 days from its issue date, and you will have access to the online course for 180 days.

How long do I have access to my exam voucher?

Once your exam voucher is issued, you have 365 days to use it. You must schedule and take your exam prior to expiration.

How do I schedule my exam?

 
A:

Participants can register for the exam via Pearson VUE, the exclusive exam administration provider for (ISC)².

The process is simple:

  • Create an account with Pearson VUE.
  • Select the certification EL_Pilot: Entry Level Certification Pilot Examination.
  • Schedule your exam and testing location.
All standard (ISC)² exam policies and practices, including rescheduling and special accommodations, also apply to this program. Learn more here. It is recommended that all candidates review these policies and procedures prior to sitting for the pilot exam.

Can I transfer my free course and/or exam voucher to someone else?

No, the course training and corresponding exam voucher are issued to you. You may, however, encourage your UK-based peers to reserve their own vouchers.

If I live and work abroad, but am a UK citizen, can I claim a voucher?

 
A:
Yes, you can. However, the exam itself must be administered at a Pearson VUE test center in the UK. Online self-paced training can be accessed anywhere.

(ISC)² is offering 100,000 free exam vouchers for the (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity exam bundled with free enrollments in the (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity online self-paced course. Only UK residents ages 16 and older are eligible to participate in the program. Exam vouchers are valid for 365 days from their issue date, and self-paced course access is valid for 180 days. All exams must be taken in a UK-based Pearson VUE authorized test centre. (ISC)² members are not eligible to participate in the program. Exam voucher and course enrollments are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers. All vouchers must be used to schedule and sit for an exam prior to their expiration. Void where prohibited.
